Episode One

The breath of ghosts surrounds the Northwest Bay.  On the coast lie the docks, the picturesque front of Cozen City.  Within this enchanting city lies a disturbing secret.  Chronic crimes go unsolved, for there has yet to be a trace of evidence for anyone that has gone missing.

The docks of Northwest Bay is not only the destination for old factories, most of Docks Street has become a rich and fulfilling arts district.  From the Adeline Del-Fino ballet Company, the Northwest Bay Fine Arts, Lane Culinary Arts, and the Docks Street Theater and Company.  Across from the docks is the Docks street Bookstore, Northwest Bay Coffee, and the Gionvie Coffee House.  Beyond Docks Street, are rows and rows of old homes as charming and giant as a doll house.  In the middle of the Blue-Grey City lies the Northwest Bay University; to the ends of the city nearly reaching the borderlines of Canada, arrives to the richest street in the state, Chilton Avenue.

Chilton Avenue was the Rodeo Drive of Cozen City; once called Charles Avenue, for a very short period of time.  In the year sixteen hundred nine, Mosazes Charles set sail from the far seas of Great Britain to settle land in the newly found America.  Mosazes lead five hundred families to settle in New York, what was called Charlton City.  No one else had yet to settle the famous cities of New York.

In sixteen hundred nineteen, the powerful rich Destino Chilton of Madrid, Spain came looking for a city to settle of his own in New York.  Destino could had any part of New York, but had to have the land of Charlton.  Destino’s men outnumbered the entire city of Charlton, captured the only son of Mosazes, and threatened to kill his son if Mosazes did not give up the city to Destino.    Destino gave his word to Mosazes his son would not be harmed, yet after handing over the legal documents of the city,  Destino had Mosazes’s son killed.

Charlton City was renamed Cozen City, and onforth the Chilton’s took over.  Mosazes and the families of Charlton stayed put to help keep what were left of their forgotten memory alive.  Mosazes eventually had another son to carry on the family name, and believed that one day justice would be served; not knowing it would take over four hundred years to do so.  And this is when the real saga begins…
